We understand that time is an important value to you and your business, making sure that you invest most of your time and focus on the growth of your business. Rest assured that we will work straight away on your payroll and we will take care of the initial payroll data required by you. We will guide you if there are any questions or comments you have with regards to your payroll.
The initial payroll data required by you can be supplied to us in various options, but we would prefer that one of our payroll templates can be completed and send back to us. If you have your payroll outsourced somewhere else, we could request all of your payroll data for you.
We will discuss and agree to a payroll timetable that works best for your business, including pay dates. Your payroll will be constructed to accommodate your specific payroll requirements, making sure that we have taken all aspects into account and ensuring your payroll runs smoothly and on time.
We will collect your payroll data and calculate any salary changes accordingly, ensuring any deductions will be taken into account. Below are a few pay elements already implemented to some of our clients payroll and part of the payroll checking process:
Rest assured that we will be communicating with you, ensuring that we include all the pay elements that are payable /deductible to your payroll.
Payroll reconciliation will be carried out while inputting payroll data into our payroll software. If you already have set-up cost codes in your accounts, we can ensure that the payroll data reflects the same cost codes according to each pay element for your employees.
Once we have captured all the payroll data, we will be validating the input and thoroughly go over your payroll, making sure everything is the way it should be. If we do find something that we believe doesn't look right, we will be communicating with you in order to minimise any errors. We will be running pre commit reports for checking purposes and all the reports will be available to you as well.
Within the agreed payroll time frame and after successful checking of your payroll, we will process the live pay run.
Once the pay run has been closed and you have authorised payroll for the current period, we will be uploading the Employee NET amount figure onto our employer's self-service portal, including the total amount payable to HMRC. To save time and avoid errors due to manual entry, we will be also providing you each payroll period with a CSV file, containing net amount to be paid for each employee, the link file can be uploaded in one go to your online banking. If you have not set-up a "bulk payment batch import" with your online banking, we can assist you with this if needed. This is a one off set-up and you will have full control over your employees and HMRC payment cycle.
Third party payments such as (CMS) child maintenance service or (AEO) attachment of earnings order, etc., will be set up if applicable.
We will ensure that relevant (RTI) real time information about your PAYE is sent to HM Revenue & Customs accordingly, this includes the below submissions:
The payroll reports will be set up and tailored to your payroll needs. Once we have committed your payroll, the reports will be sent to you straight away. There are several standard payroll reports we can produce for you, but if needed, we can produce a bespoke report that suits your business requirements. Below are just a few reports that we already produce:
We will provide your employee's with electronic payslips. Our secure web based software enables your employee's to log in to their self-service portal using their PC, Mac, tablet or smartphone (via Android Google Play & Apple App Store). Within the self-service portal, employees can access and retrieve payslips and other documentations at any time. Hard copy payslips can be arranged as well for an additional cost.
